By purchasing or participating in the She Rose program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including all the policies.
Terms & Conditions
1. About the Program
She Rose is a six-month online feminine embodiment and personal development program consisting of:

Community support

Educational content
The Program is designed for personal growth, trauma informed- embodiment mentorship support and education on feminine lifestyle design.
It is not therapy, counselling, psychological treatment or medical care.
Participation is voluntary, and each participant remains fully responsible for their own physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.
If you are currently receiving psychological treatment or medical care, you are advised to share his with me on your application form.
2. Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years or older.
By enrolling, you confirm that you are participating voluntarily and accept full responsibility for your own decisions and experiences throughout the Program.
3. Payment
Enrollment is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
Payment plans are a commitment to pay the full agreed investment, regardless of attendance or completion of the Program.
Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access until outstanding amounts have been settled.
Only participants who have specifically enrolled in the initial four-week experience are exempt from paying for the remainder of the program unless they choose to continue into the full She Rose journey. Should they decide to continue, the remaining program investment will become payable according to the selected payment option and a written agreement.
4. Confidentiality
She Rose is built upon trust and respect.
Participants agree to keep all personal stories, experiences and information shared by other members confidential.
Recording, distributing or sharing live sessions without written permission is strictly prohibited.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials provided within She Rose—including videos, audio recordings, PDFs, written content, meditations, rituals and workbooks—remain the intellectual property of the Program creator.
These materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, shared, sold or distributed without prior written permission.
6. Community Conduct
Participants agree to contribute respectfully and compassionately.
Any behaviour that is abusive, discriminatory, threatening or harmful to other participants may result in removal from the Program without refund.
7. Health Disclaimer
She Rose includes embodiment practices, meditation, breathwork and emotional exploration.
By participating, you acknowledge that you are responsible for listening to your body and engaging only to the extent that feels appropriate for you.
If you have any physical or mental health concerns, you are encouraged to inform me on the application form and to consult a qualified healthcare professional if needed before participating.
8. Results Disclaimer
She Rose is created with deep integrity to support your personal transformation.
However Individual experiences will always vary, no specific emotional, financial, relationship or life outcomes are guaranteed.
Your results depend upon your own participation, choices and circumstances.
9. Changes to the Program
Minor adjustments to session dates, guest teachers, lesson order or content may occasionally be necessary.
Should this occur, reasonable efforts will be made to notify participants in advance.
10. Online Portal Access

Access to the online portal will be granted within the week before we start our journey.

Program content will be released within the online learning portal in four-week segments throughout the She Rose journey.

Participants who fail to meet their agreed payment commitments may have their access to future portal content suspended until outstanding payments have been received.

All recorded program content will remain available within the online portal for 12 months from the commencement date of the program.

The She Rose workbooks are downloadable resource and includes the teachings, practices, reflections, and exercises to support your journey through the program, alongside each 4 week module.

Participants who have enrolled exclusively in the initial four-week Remembrance experience will receive access to the content within Remembrance for 12 months. They will also receive a downloadable workbook containing all teachings, practices, and resources included within the four-week experience. They will have access to all live calls for those 4 weeks. Those that desire to continue after the 4 weeks, will give written agreement that they wish to enroll for the rest of the program, and once payment is finalized, receive access to the rest of the content within the portal.
Because She Rose is a digital educational program that provides immediate access to proprietary content, all purchases are considered final.
No refunds will be issued after enrollment, including where a participant:

changes their mind
-
is unable to attend live sessions
-
chooses not to complete the Program
-
does not make use of the available materials.
If a payment plan has been selected, the participant remains responsible for completing all scheduled payments.
Should She Rose be cancelled by the Program creator before commencement, participants will receive a full refund of any payments made.
If unforeseen circumstances require the Program to be postponed, participants will retain full access to the rescheduled Program.
This policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws relating to digital products and online educational services.
Refund Policy
Participants may choose to withdraw from the Program at any time by providing written notice.
Withdrawal does not entitle the participant to a refund of payments already made.
Where a payment plan has been selected, withdrawing from the Program does not cancel the remaining payment obligations.
Should exceptional circumstances arise, requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Program creator.
The Program creator reserves the right to remove a participant whose behaviour is harmful to the community or repeatedly breaches these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Cancellation Policy

She Rose is an online digital program.

After successful payment, participants will receive a confirmation email with details regarding onboarding and access.

Access to the program portal will be provided in the week before the official program commencement date.

Live session dates and access information will be communicated via our private community whatsApp group.

Participants are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring they can receive communications from She Rose.
Delivery Policy

All your personal information will only be used to process your application and to communicate details about the program with you.

Yoco and Payfast are trusted payment providers that we work with, that will only use your personal information to process your payment to complete your enrollment.
